Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to course subscriptions purchased through the Nav Edge Training online platform. Nav Edge Training is operated by Anthony Brewer, trading as Nav Edge Training, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Nav Edge Training is not a separate legal entity or limited company.

Individual courses may be available through recurring monthly or annual subscriptions. A subscription provides access to the specific course content you have purchased for the duration of the subscription.

The exact price, billing interval and the course being purchased are displayed to you before payment, at the point of checkout.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. Recurring subscription payments are processed by Stripe.

The renewal price will be the price displayed at checkout. Where a price applies to a renewal period, you will be charged that amount on each renewal until the subscription is cancelled.

Access to your purchased course begins once your payment has been successfully processed. Access is subject to successful payment and to these Subscription Terms.

Statutory cancellation rights may apply to purchases of digital content. Where you choose to receive immediate access to digital course content during a statutory cooling-off period, the checkout process will obtain any express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law.

Purchasing a subscription does not automatically mean you waive all statutory cancellation rights. Your statutory rights remain protected as described in these Terms and applicable law.

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Where available, you can cancel through the cancellation facility provided in your account or customer portal (for example, Stripe's Customer Portal). You may also contact us using the details in the Contact section if you need help cancelling.

Cancellation stops future renewal payments from being taken. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a subscription period you have already paid for, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is otherwise expressly provided.

Refunds are subject to applicable consumer law and to any specific refund rights described at checkout. Nothing in these Subscription Terms is intended to exclude or limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If a recurring payment fails, access to the relevant course content may be restricted or suspended in accordance with the payment and subscription system and applicable law.

Subscription prices may change. Where required, customers will be informed of material price changes before they take effect and will have any cancellation rights required by law.

Subscription access is personal to the subscriber and must not be shared with others. Access normally continues while the subscription remains active and paid, subject to these Subscription Terms.

Nav Edge Training may suspend or terminate access where there are serious breaches of these Terms, fraud, misuse or unlawful activity, subject to applicable law and statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated appropriately and handled in accordance with applicable law.
